Cancellation Policy

At INIK, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how cancellation requests are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been packed or dispatched.

As we begin processing orders soon after they are placed, we encourage customers to contact us as quickly as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation requests can be made by contacting us via:

  • Phone

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • Instagram Direct Message

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is still possible.

2. Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

At this stage, the order enters the delivery process and falls under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch and payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Orders Placed by Mistake

If you accidentally place an order or notice incorrect information after checkout, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will do our best to assist you with cancellation or correction of the order details.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.

5. Cancellation by INIK

INIK reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product becoming unavailable.

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Payment verification failure.

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by INIK after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund.
